# iPhone & iPad

This guide will show you how to configure your iPhone or iPad to use the **9Proxy App** running on your computer.

## Before You Begin

* Make sure both your computer and iPhone/iPad are connected to the same local network (**LAN**).
* Ensure your firewall isn't blocking connections between devices.

### Step 1: Find Your Computer’s LAN IP Address

You'll need to [find your computer’s LAN IP](https://docs.9proxy.com/intergrations/residential-proxy-by-ips/use-proxies-on-two-or-more-devices) to connect your iPhone or iPad to the proxy.

### Step 2: Launch 9Proxy and Set Up Port Forwarding

* Open the 9Proxy App on your computer.
* In the **Proxy List**, locate the Port section.
