Octo Browser

Use this step-by-step guide to set up your 9Proxy Residential Proxies with Octo Browser.

Download and Install Octo Browser

Start by downloading the Octo Browser application and creating an account. You can do that here.

Proxy Setup

Open Octo Browse

Open Octo Browser and log into your account.

Create Profile

Navigate to the Profiles section and click Create Profile to begin the setup.

Edit your Profile Name

Enter your Profile Name, then fill in any additional settings as needed.

Set a new proxy

Click on the Proxy field, then click + Set a new proxy.

In the "Set New Proxy" popup window, choose your proxy type and enter the required details, which can be found here.

Below is a sample configuration for residential proxies:

• IP Address: 38.180.149.107

• Port: 17521

• Username: useruser123-country-US-ssid-rhdN1907ma

• Password: X12345678

You can also save this configuration by checking “Save to the Proxy Manager”. In that case, fill in the Proxy Title field to label this proxy for future use.

Check proxy

Click Check Proxy to make sure everything is working.

Confirm

Click Confirm to assign this proxy to the profile.

Click Create Profile to save your browser setup.

That’s it! Your Octo Browser profile is now configured and ready to use with 9Proxy Residential Proxies.
