Before proceeding with the setup, confirm that you’ve successfully port-forwarded your proxy for proper functionality.

Open Proxy Settings

Launch Firefox on your computer.

Click the ☰ Menu > Settings (Preferences on macOS).

Navigate to the General tab.

Scroll down to Network Settings and click Settings.

Configure the Proxy

Select Manual proxy configuration.

In the SOCKS Host field, enter your Local IP.

In the Port field, enter the forwarded proxy port.

Click OK to apply the changes.

Verify the Setup

To confirm that your proxy is working correctly, visit ipinfo.io and check if your IP address has changed.
