If your cryptocurrency payment does not go through, consider these potential issues and solutions:
Issue: Some blockchain transactions may take longer due to network congestion.
Solution: Wait a few minutes and check your transaction status again.
Issue: If the time limit expired before your payment was completed, the transaction was not processed.
Solution: Place a new order and try the payment again.
Issue: You may have sent the payment using the wrong blockchain network.
Solution: Always verify and select the correct network for your chosen cryptocurrency.
Issue: If the amount sent is incorrect (either too much or too little), your payment may not be processed.
Solution
You can send the remaining amount to complete the transaction.
CoinPayments will automatically refund the excess amount after confirming the transaction.
However, some exchanges do not allow small transactions, making it impossible to send the remaining balance. If the exchange has such restrictions, try using a different wallet or exchange that allows small transactions.
If you cannot complete the payment, wait for the system to process a refund for the unsuccessful transaction.
Most Common Cause: Users often forget to include network fees. To avoid this, check the fee amount on your exchange before sending the payment.
Always double-check the exact amount required before transferring.
Ensure you include network fees when sending your payment.
